Contract terms

What the term does to the rate

Month-to-month costs more and carries a one-time setup charge. Longer terms reduce the monthly rate. Figures are the base rate multiplied by the term factor, rounded to the dollar.

Monthly rate by plan and term. Setup charges are one-time and apply to month-to-month only.
Plan Month to month 1 year 2 years 3 years
Quarter rack $510 $425 $404 $383
Half rack $810 $675 $641 $608
Full rack $1,380 $1,150 $1,093 $1,035
Private cage $4,200 $3,500 $3,325 $3,150

Month-to-month also carries a one-time $500 setup charge.

Metered add-ons

Additional capacity, per month

Add-ons are billed only on what exceeds your plan's allowance. If your half rack includes 1A and you draw 3A, you pay for 2 additional amps.

Rates apply to capacity above the plan allowance, billed monthly.
Item Rate Unit
Additional power $55 per amp at 120V, per month
Additional cross-connect $175 per cross-connect, per month
Additional bandwidth $2.75 per Mbps, per month
Additional IP address $5 per usable address, per month
Remote hands $185 per technician hour, scheduled or after hours

Remote hands is billed the same at 3am as at 3pm There is no emergency surcharge. Reporting a problem in the middle of the night should never be a financial decision, and we would rather you call.

Anything outside the published rate card is quoted from your actual configuration — draw, unit count, bandwidth — rather than estimated on a call.

Managed IT, security systems, SOC 2 readiness, and private AI

These are quoted per environment, and deliberately so. A managed IT price depends on how many users and systems are in scope, how many sites, what coverage hours you need, and how much of the environment is already documented and managed. Any provider who quotes that over the phone is guessing, and the guess is either padded or wrong.

What you get instead is a written scope and a price after an assessment — usually a single conversation plus a review of what you run today.
