Security Helps is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, or other assistive technologies. Accessibility isn't a checkbox for a security company — clear, perceivable, operable interfaces are the same discipline we apply to the systems we run for clients.
Our commitment
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That standard is how we measure whether content is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.
What this site does
- Semantic HTML with landmarks, headings, and skip-friendly navigation, so screen readers can move through pages logically.
- Visible focus indicators on every interactive element for keyboard users.
- Color and contrast checked in both the light and dark themes; the site also respects your operating-system theme preference and includes a manual theme toggle.
- Reduced-motion support — animations are disabled automatically when your device requests it.
- Text that scales — layouts work at phone width and with browser zoom up to 200%.
- Descriptive link text, alt text on meaningful images, and decorative images hidden from assistive technology.
Known limitations
We test with keyboard navigation and common assistive technologies, but no site is perfect. Some embedded third-party tools (such as the scheduling widget) are outside our direct control; we choose accessible providers where possible and pass feedback to their maintainers.
